1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian to use our Services. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Use of Services
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services.
By using our Services, you confirm under penalty of perjury that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained verifiable written consent from a legal guardian.
You must check the age confirmation box at checkout as a condition of purchase. Failure to do so will prevent transaction completion.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or entity at our sole discretion, without explanation.
2. NATURE OF SERVICE AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK
Autobots provides two categories of Services: (a) automated social media engagement tools, including follower, like, and viewer bot services; and (b) 1:1 coaching across Engagement, Scripting, and Web Development tracks.
Engagement services are delivered gradually, typically over approximately one week, designed to more closely resemble organic growth patterns. This pacing is a deliberate part of the Service and is addressed further in our Refund Policy.
You acknowledge that engagement services involve automated, non-organic activity and do not reflect genuine human engagement.
You acknowledge that use of engagement services may be inconsistent with the terms of service of third-party platforms including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, X (Twitter), and Discord, for the full duration the engagement remains active on your account.
You assume sole and full responsibility for any consequences arising from your use of the Services on third-party platforms, including account restriction, suspension, or permanent termination, subject only to the limited goodwill exception described in our Refund Policy.
Autobots is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to any social media platform, Discord, or any third-party service.
3. PERSONAL USE ONLY
This service is designed and intended exclusively for personal, non-commercial use. By completing your purchase, you represent and warrant that:
You will not use this service to misrepresent your social media influence for any commercial purpose.
Your use does not include influencer marketing, sponsored content, brand partnerships, paid promotions, monetized content creation, or any activity intended to generate commercial revenue.
You understand that purchasing fake or automated indicators of social media influence for commercial purposes may violate applicable FTC regulations, including 16 CFR Part 255 and 16 CFR Part 465 (Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule, effective October 21, 2024).
Autobots assumes no liability for any use of the Services inconsistent with this representation. Buyer accepts full and sole responsibility for any regulatory, platform, or legal consequences arising from commercial use.
4. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Payments for both engagement services and coaching services are processed securely through our payment partners. You agree to the terms of service of your chosen payment processor.
Refund eligibility, timelines, and exceptions for both Service categories are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed with your payment processor or financial institution instead of contacting us directly, Autobots reserves the right to immediately terminate your access to the Services, contest the dispute using records of your acknowledgments under these Terms and the Refund Policy, and pursue recovery of funds through all available legal means.
Accounts associated with chargeback abuse are permanently ineligible for future service under either Service category.
5. SERVICE DELIVERY
Engagement service orders typically begin processing within 1 hour of purchase confirmation and complete gradually over approximately one week, as described in our Refund Policy.
Coaching sessions are delivered at the scheduled time agreed upon at booking.
Delivery timing for either Service category may be affected by system maintenance, platform restrictions, third-party actions, or other factors beyond our control.
You are solely responsible for providing accurate account details or scheduling information at the time of purchase. Autobots is not liable for failed or misdirected delivery resulting from incorrect information provided by the buyer.
6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not use the Services to:
Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious activities against any person or entity.
Harm, harass, stalk, threaten, or target any individual.
Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation.
Misrepresent your social media influence for commercial gain in violation of FTC regulations.
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services to third parties without express written consent from Autobots.
Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the technical operation of the Services.
7. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
Autobots reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, at our sole discretion.
Termination for policy violations does not entitle you to any refund under the Refund Policy.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Autobots is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms, including account bans, restrictions, content removal, or any other consequence resulting from your use of the Services, except for the narrow goodwill exception described in our Refund Policy, which is discretionary and not a warranty.
We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including follower growth, engagement increases, account safety, or uninterrupted service, and the Refund Policy's goodwill exception does not alter this.
In no event shall Autobots, its owners, officers, partners, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from or related to your use of the Services.
Autobots' total cumulative liability to any buyer shall not exceed the amount paid by that buyer for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Autobots, its owners, partners, officers, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms or the Refund Policy; (c) your violation of any third-party rights or platform policies; or (d) any commercial use of the Services inconsistent with Section 3.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, the Refund Policy, or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Autobots.
Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
11. PRIVACY AND DATA
Autobots collects only the information necessary to process your transaction and deliver the Services, including your email address, payment information (processed by third-party processors), and account or scheduling details.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Payment information is handled exclusively by our payment partners and is not stored by Autobots.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Autobots reserves the right to update or modify these Terms or the Refund Policy at any time.
Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the site where practicable.
Continued use of the Services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
