✅ Eligible Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • The order was not delivered within 1 week.

  • The service delivered was significantly different from what was advertised.

  • A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You change your mind after placing an order.

  • You provide an incorrect username, link, or server information that prevents successful delivery.

  • Partial drops in followers/likes/members after successful delivery.

  • Suspensions or bans caused by violating a platform’s terms of service.

⚡ Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing immediately after payment and cannot be canceled once they have started.

  • If you request a cancellation before processing begins, we will do our best to accommodate you.
