✅ Eligible Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
The order was not delivered within 1 week.
The service delivered was significantly different from what was advertised.
A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
You change your mind after placing an order.
You provide an incorrect username, link, or server information that prevents successful delivery.
Partial drops in followers/likes/members after successful delivery.
Suspensions or bans caused by violating a platform’s terms of service.
⚡ Order Cancellations
Orders begin processing immediately after payment and cannot be canceled once they have started.
If you request a cancellation before processing begins, we will do our best to accommodate you.
