REFUNDS
Refund Policy
This Refund Policy works together with our Terms of Service. By purchasing, you agree to both. Where this policy conflicts with the Terms of Service on delivery, disputes, or liability, the Terms of Service control (see TOS Section 8).
Engagement Services (Followers, Likes, Views, Members)
Delivery for engagement services is gradual, typically completed over the course of approximately one week, in order to more closely resemble organic growth patterns, consistent with TOS Section 2. This pacing is intentional and is not a delay or fulfillment issue.
✅ Eligible Refunds
The order did not begin processing within 1 hour of purchase confirmation (TOS Section 5).
The full order was not completed within 10 days of purchase.
The service delivered was materially different from what was advertised.
A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.
As a goodwill exception, if your account is suspended or banned within 24 hours of delivery starting, we will offer a refund or credit at our discretion (see Important Notice below).
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
You change your mind after placing an order.
You provide an incorrect username, link, or server information that prevents delivery (TOS Section 5).
Partial drops in followers/likes/views/members after successful delivery — a known characteristic of automated engagement services (TOS Section 2).
Suspensions or bans occurring more than 24 hours after delivery begins. Platform enforcement risk exists for the full duration the engagement is active on your account, as acknowledged under TOS Sections 2 and 3.
Use of the service inconsistent with our Personal Use Only terms (TOS Section 3).
Coaching Services (Engagement, Scripting, Web Development)
✅ Eligible Refunds
You cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
We fail to deliver your session due to a scheduling or technical error on our end.
A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
No-shows without 24 hours notice.
Dissatisfaction after a session has been fully delivered as described.
Change of mind after the session has taken place.
⚡ Order & Session Cancellations
Engagement orders begin processing within 1 hour and continue gradually over approximately one week. Once started, orders cannot be canceled (TOS Section 5).
If requested before processing begins, we'll do our best to accommodate.
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled or canceled with 24 hours notice, no penalty.
⚠️ Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us directly removes you from this Refund Policy and moves your case to TOS Section 4 and Section 9, including suspension of access and contestation of the claim. Contacting us first is almost always faster and keeps you eligible under the terms above.
🔒 How to Request a Refund
Email autobotsmarket@gmail.com within 48 hours with:
Order or booking number
Service purchased (engagement or coaching track)
Reason for the request
📌 Important Notice
The 24-hour ban exception is offered at our sole discretion as a goodwill measure, not as a warranty of platform compliance or account safety (see TOS Section 8).
We reserve the right to refuse refunds where fraudulent or abusive behavior is suspected, including repeated requests inconsistent with normal use.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
